After I paid my fee, it was almost impossible to contact the company. My calls went unretuned. I had to try and solve my many issues directly with the the driver of the truck (who was a contractor for a truking company that "Get it Done" had subcontracted the delivery to). Dave, my contact person said he would call me back on two occasions and never did so, leaving me to contact the trucking company, who either did not answer the phone after leaving messages or referred me to the driver.

The driver was rude beyound words when I called and wanted to know why he had missed pick-up date and had not called the former owner to say he was not going to make it for pickup. The car was finally picked up three days late. The driver said he had no paper wok and only worked off of texts he received form his company, whom he said always made promises that he could not keep.

The truck, after pick-up, broke down in the AZ desert for one week with no calls to me about when I could expext my car and no return calls from Get it Done. The car finally made it to CO more than a week late with no offer of a reduction in fees and a slight apology from the driver, but no follow-up or explanation from Get It Done.

An overall very frustrating and very bad experience with both Get it Done and Five Star Trucking.

Stay away from this group if you want professionalism and peace of mind in your car transport services.

Truth of this review is there was a mechanical issue it happens from time to time. We contacted Jim and let him know we had to wait on a part, he wasnt happy about that. Unfortunately, we cant make the USPS deliver parts faster then they can. I told the driver to give him a 150.00 on delivery, he did not. I have since sent Jim a check to reeinburse him for the annoyance he dealt with. We try really hard to always be on time, in logistics there are many reasons why a driver may run behind but we always communicate. We do GUARANTEE our prices, and always take care of any damages . Out of the 700 plus reviews we have less then 2% unhappy customers, and we transport close to 700 cars a month. When things good clients keep it moving, when unhappy they will write about it, this is why we ship over 8k units a year and ONLY have 700 plus review, and if you book you will see we send out a thank you and request for a review on every single order. Thank you hopefully we have the opportunity to work for you.
