Customer services at GID Transportation could have been smoother, nicer, and better. After initial phone call, I had to do all the subsequent callings and sending emails to find out what is going on. Phone calls and left messages were not returned. Emails were not returned. Finally I had to get on company's face book page to leave a message for Dave to call me back. Was supposed to receive driver's info, insurance, instructions, etc days before pick up, never did. Had to call and finally got it a day before the car was picked up. I can not say enough good thing about the actual transportation company-Anthony Auto Transportation Inc. Both the driver Saul and the dispatcher Jesu were unbelievably professional, prompt, and courteous. They kept in touch and let me know what's going on. I would recommend Anthony anytime.

Peter, thank you for the great review. We only use the best hand picked transporters in the industry. Basically, we wont let anyone transport your car we wouldnt let transport our own! As far as the emails, there were sent days prior until you checked your spam you did not see it, you received all the carrier info, ins., background check and personal cell, it was in your spam folder.
