We recently needed to ship a car from CT to CA and used the ratings from this site as basis for the choice of broker. David is a busy guy, but once you're on the phone with him you're pretty much good to go. I was aware of the 24/7 service line but I wanted to speak to one person throughout the booking process and that's exactly what I got. You'll get respectful and honest treatment, in fact, we had a small issue with the timing of delivery in California while I was stuck in CT. (Your vehicle will go to a central delivery area then be sent via flatbed to the final address unless you go pick it up yourself). The actual carrier was being a little difficult to work with, so I called David back and he made a personal call to the carrier to resolve the problem. Not more than an hour later the car was being delivered. The quote was dead accurate, no issue there. I would call David again! It definitely got done.

Brian, Thank you for your 5 star review. All of our transports stay on the same truck 99.9% in your rare case we couldnt get the 18 wheeler in your city due to city limits of local deliveries only. Our clients are our #1 priority always.
