Good broker, not great delivery

The customer service I received on the end of Get It Done Transportation was excellent. Kat Jolly was easy to reach, friendly, and efficient. However, the company they went through (Unified Auto Transportation) was less than satisfactory. The driver was delayed several days and did not notify me of his delay. When he called me to arrange a pick-up time, I had repeatedly told him that I was in class during the time that he wanted to meet; however, he arranged it during that time anyways and was angry that I had a prior commitment. He also was mad that I had chosen to pay with a money order instead of a cash payment, and berated me for my own personal choice of payment. When I was filling out the money order, he had wanted the money order to be blank, which I felt uncomfortable with. I wrote his name and the company he worked for, and he told me he had wanted to put his wife's name on the money order instead. I thought this was very strange, and told him so, to which he made no further comment. Furthermore, upon receiving my car, I realized the gas was noticeably depleted from the full tank I had left it with. I had a lot of trouble communicating with Mr. Song, notwithstanding a severe language barrier.
I would use this company again, because of the low price and the easiness of the order. However, I would probably check to make sure that they don't use Unified Auto Transportation again, as it was extremely problematic for multiple reasons.

Caroline, Thank you for the candidness in your great view towards us. This is very out of character of the drivers we use (see below review; just yesterday we were praised how great the driver was) every driver must reach a certain criteria in rating otherwise Get it Done Transportation will not use them. We will take the necessary steps on our end to rate Unified accordingly and to make sure we never transport a car through them again. Because of you our company is now better!!!! Thank you and Like we told you; we tell all our clients to be sure and GOOGLE any company and the owner of the company's name so you know EXACTLY who your dealing with. Google does not lie!
