Poor Customer Service, late pickup

Despite the great reviews & BBB rating I had a poor experience. After gaining my business I received estimated pickup dates (9/26-9/28) I called and called to find out if a driver had been assigned. Maria rarely returned phone calls & no emails because her phone was constantly ringing (per her explanation). We moved out on 9/29, so when they finally assigned a driver for 9/30, my neighbor battling cancer had to give the keys. Upon receipt of my vehicle the back tire was low, found out that the rim was bent in and making the tire leak air. Cost me $130 to fix. I've called and emailed Get It Done with no response as of yet, & will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I won't use them again

1st I would like to apologize for any inconvinance you endured. Transporting close to 800 cars a month and being that we are a A plus w/ the BBB and have over 1000 5 star reviews on line w/ less then 1% unhappy clients, shows and proves how much we care about customer satisfactory and customer service. Pick up window was for the 26th-28th and the driver did run a day behind and picked up on the 29th unfortunately in logistics many factors (i.e. weather, customer/auction delays, mechanical issues, traffic) can make a driver run a tad behind which is always communicated with 100%.
