After having an initial issue with the transport of my vehicle, David, the Owner of Get it Done Transportation, contacted me directly to make it right. He found a carrier right then and there and went above and beyond to get my vehicle picked up in a "remote area." I had to leave my car with a friend since I was moving across the country and overall - it worked out well. When transporting your vehicle, you have to understand that if you are not in a major city, truckers are not likely to come pick it up for a bargain quote. I was having difficulty finding a carrier to pick my car up in Montana and it got down to wire. I was initially upset with Get it Done because of what I just mentioned but like I said, David called me and moved mountains to keep me satisfied. Communication with the actuall truck driver was a little iffy but that wasn't Get it Done's fault. You can tell David really cares about what customers think of his business.

Kacey, There is NOTHING I appreciate more then a HONEST review. You are right I will move mountains for my clients. I feed my family through my work ethic and nothing means more to me then them.
