Hi Nicole, Thank you for first acknowledging your car was delivered on time and delivered undamaged at the exact price you were quoted. I am sorry the driver was a few hours late the day of pick up, he definetly should have communicated that better with you, there is no excuse for lack of communication. Ultimately, the car was picked up and delivered, undamaged, at the price agreed upon (we guarantee our rates) on the exact days you scheduled on.
