Horrible communication

After much research I decided to go with Get It Done. Bad choice. Maria had zero communication or customer service. I advised I wanted to place the order and heard nothing back. After at least 5 emails over a few days Maria finally responded and said she would call me in a few, 8 hours later no call still. Never seen someone not respond to a potential client who is saying I want to give you my business the way she did.

Neil, I'm sorry you weren't able to place your order with us. We would have loved to accommodate your move. It was nothing personal I assure you, Maria was dealing with a family emergency and had been out of the office due to it. On her extension she did refer all calls to the main line 888-325-1899. Again I am sorry! We transport OVER 800 cars a month, GUARANTEE OUR RATES, charge NO deposit unitl the car is picked up and carrier premium insurance with no deductible.
