The only issue I had was pickup time. The pickup time kept changing to an hr later an hr later an hr later and my car wasn't picked up til almost midnight. I looked past that though because I understand the guy was busy driving around picking up other vehicles. He was very personable and friendly and answered any questions I had. I asked if my car could be delivered on a certain day and he said he would do his best to get it there on that day. When that day came he called me the night before and let me know my car would be there 9 am. I would use this company again I had no major issues and everything I was told that would happen happened. I would also recommend them to family and friends. A+++
