Two Car Transports

We relocated two cars from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania/East Coast. Each car was transported at different times. Both cars made it safely and within the estimated times. (the first car arrived early, but really late at night) Both cars arrived safely. We had two different transporters and we liked the second transporter much better because he communicated with us during the transport giving us updates. With regards to Get It Done, they were fine and seemed competitive in their pricing, but I did get a little frustrated with the communication. The first transport was set up and I never heard from them again after I was contacted by the transport company. Usually I could not get in touch with them right away. They did call me back after I left a message fairly promptly. Email communication was also a bit muddled. I emailed a couple of times to follow up on information on our second transport with a response that they would send me the info early the following week, but I never received the email. I had to call again..said they sent the email, but I never got it until I called again. I didn't hear from the transporter until the day before they picked up the car in which I called them first. That made me nervous because I was finalizing my cross country relocation and I had no idea anyone was picking up my car on the date I needed them to until the last minute. Get it Done overall was fine, and I would recommend them to someone else and probably use them if need be again, I guess I just like a little more communication - after all, I'm trusting total strangers with my car to get from point A to point B!
