Bob, I am sorry you were un happy with the service. You booked the car on friday 3/17 my driver was scheduled to load the next day Saturday he was delayed by 1 day and communicated this with you. I am sorry you heard from the driver directly not me. I flew out of town that night to watch my son get married, his wedding was Saturday. I did get reassurance from the driver he spoke to you and explained he was late and you guys had it worked out, again I was un available to call you personally being that i was out of town for a wedding. I am happy to say the car was picked up and delivered at the price you were quoted, delivered damage free on the original day you were promised it would be delivered. Thank you for writing about your experience. We transport close to 800 cars a month and it is very rare when a client is unhappy but we do take responsibility so I sincerely apologize we didnt meet your standards. David Pein 888-325-1899
