Chris, Although rare delays do happen., we transport over 10,000 cars a year and have 17 complaint in 2 years that's a 99.9999% success rate of happy clients. The truck that was suppose to pick up your motorcycle had a mechanical issue which left me scrambling to locate another truck in the area that could get this done for you right away. Unfortunately there wasn't a truck in the area which caused a delay and inconvenience to you. Like I told you on the phone I sincerely apologize, we are a family owned business that works extremely hard to make sure each client is 100% satisfied. and will send you a AMEX gift card on us as a sign of good faith that this is rare instance and trying to make it somewhat right.
