Economical & responsive. Received the item 2 days earlier than estimated delivery. I would only recommend more advanced communication on delivery as 2 days early I very likely would not have been available at the delivery site because of scheduling. I considered a 4 because that could have easily happened, however, I experienced promptness and courtesy and received the item as advertised and early. That really reflects on the name "Get It Done Transportation!"
