First I want to apologize. Being in business over 15yrs you can check our history we have never had a complaint of this nature. I do sincerely apologize that your experience was not great I take responsibility for this. To anyone reading this please know nothing is charged until the driver is assigned. The driver was assigned and broke down the morning of scheduled pick up. This was a real rural route so it was tough to get another carrier out there right away. You told us this was not a issue as the car has been sitting in storage anyways and you were not in a rush. Your total rate was guaranteed, we guarantee all our rates. The difference in COD was because the new driver required a different COD amount then the first driver that broke down. Which is why you were credited the 150.00 back from the deposit to cover the difference. Our pricing is guaranteed to the penny. I would say to ANY potencial clients this review is NOT a reflection of how we do business and we have 100's over references across the nation that have received NOTHING but 5 star experiences.
