24 hr service? nope-no reply to voice mail and email

Shipped a car from WA to CA. Arrived damaged and notified Getitdone immediately. Said he was 'all over it.' One week later, received the insurance details of the contracted auto shipper. After that, no replies to multiple emails and voice mails asking for help. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR AND WE ARE 3 WEEKS PAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME! The shipping agent selected by Getitdone, Singh truck and leasing of Lomita,CA has been the most abrasive, illogical and non-performing business ever. They call and text non-comprehensible excuses for where my car is, sent images of the car that are blurry, can't produce a receipt for professional repair to the vehicle damaged while in their care, asked,no insisted, on prepayment in full prior to them agreeing to deliver,asked to deliver on a Sunday 9-11pm without prior notice and no agent arranged, asked me to pay them for the trouble they have to go thru to get me the car,asked to ship my car via AAA because they can't get me the car, they asked permission to drive the car from LA instead of on the trailer as contracted, and have altered the before images date to make it look like the car damage was pre-existing. Well ya'llI, I have photos and video of the car before loading with the driver in it, the video of the car being loaded and the bill of lading showing "no dents or scratches on entire vehicle at origin." Get it done has offered no support even though they boast about 7/24 hotline service. This negative review will remain until the car is returned without physical or mechanical damage, or until insurance has rectified.

10/18 update. Singh explained today a new reason for delayed delivery- the trailer driver has to drive 2 blocks off the original intended address.
Dave stepped in today from Getitdone ,made contact with the carrier to get a firm delivery date,without success, and assured me he will try again tomorrow. Looks like we will hit one month before a delivery.... Wish me luck! Singh has been asked to stop harassing texting late nights.
10/25/17 CAR DELIVERED! Had Dave stepped in Oct 6th when I pleaded for support, it would not have escalated to the dramatic ,stressful finish.
Singh(getitdone.com assigned carrier) called her insurance co. to attempt to cancel my insurance claim!!!! How unethical and unprofessional.
After this review posted, Dave initiated contact with to prove himself honorable and he apologized and said he'd never had a similar experience.

Susan, sorry about the experience with the carrier. I did step in Oct 6th as promised and was assured it was being cumminicated and resolved so to my knowledge this was solved. I am glad after much un needed stress I was able to get this resolved. I know you were stressed rightfully so and just glad it all ended well and with you happy. As for the carrier Get it Done Transportation Inc. has not put them on the DO NOT USE list to avoid any of our future clients from having to deal with any experience lke this. We also rated them negatively to warn other brokers from using them so NOBODY has to deal with this type of experience. Thank you for understanding.
