Hey Dan, 1st I’d like to apologize that you weren’t 100% satisfied. Driver was delayed a few hours picking up because his GPS took him to the wrong area which is why he called you for directions, as far as delivery being up to 5hrs late for drop off I do apologize but am happy to know he did communicate this with you and was in touch as promised. We are a family owned business and make sure we hire only very reputable drivers to transport our clients cars. Being that there are 9 different customers cars on the same truck sometimes there are delays but we always communicate this to avoid any issues. Ultimately your car was picked up and delivered at a very fair rate on the day you requested, damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. Thank you for your feed back and I will let the driver know as well. David Pein
