I scheduled a car move with Get It Done and it went mostly as planned. Pickup (and therefore delivery) ended up delayed about 3 days from schedule, apparently due to a truck breakdown. There was a $10 discrepancy in the contract price the delivering driver was given. Communication about the schedule changes came only as I followed up with dispatchers, and drivers did not give 24 hour notice of pickup or delivery as I was told would happen, which made meeting drivers and having COD difficult. But everything arrived in good condition, at a good price, close to on time. Better communication would get this to 5 stars. I will also note that the contracted drivers we met at both ends were very friendly and helpful.
