Alice at GetCarrier, is very knowledgeable and professional. I had gotten the runaround from two different companies before I contacted Alice and even though it was via text messages and after hours she promised to get back to the office the next day and try to assist. The very next day as promised, she contacted me to let me know she had a carrier in the area and would pick up the vehicle within an hour. WOW! Very impressive!
