I have shipped a total of 4 cars before and by far GetCarrier have exceeded my expectations based on customer satisfaction, transparency and communication. Diana Martinez handled my case and she was awesome along each step of the way. If you haven't shipped a car before, please don't fall for scam non-transparent companies who aren't going to reply to your messages, or answer your phone calls or just randomly run charges on your credit card all while providing you with inaccurate drop-off dates. Yes, I had this happen before. Don't take my word for it. Please surf the online reviews. This time around I really wanted a positive experience having my car shipped from PA to IA. I know, Iowa isn't a popular destination and that presents its own set of challenges. The process took 4 business days (excluding two day weekend). from the day I signed the contract until the day the car was delivered to the agreed drop off location. The process was dead simple. I was at first presented with a form. I specified: basic info (name, address, etc), the drop off / pick up locations and desired dates. Once the initial form was submitted I was emailed a crystal clear contract (of couple pages) that I signed electronically. What I appreciated the most about GetCarrier is that Diana had kept me in the loop throughout the process informing me of status updates, addressing any concerns I had and even celebrating with me when received the car! I think GetCarrier is truly changing the auto transportation industry mainly through their awesome culture. Few years ago, shipping a car was a nightmare. This time around the whole experience felt right. Thanks Diana for being awesome.
