Initially I had some communication issues with customer service but management's John Will stepped in and made things right. The quoted price was honored and my Jeep was delivered a day early. Thank you John. One really finds out what kind of company you are dealing with when there is a problem and GerCarrier LLC is a stand-up auto transport company.
