Initially you agreed to dispatch us for $1,100 the load ID: 1496062, after many days of waiting your company dispatcher called and bagged us to accept for $950, You booked this Mercedes, and on the day when we came for pick up you without no reason double booked with other carrier and Yu-Gi turned that this a customer decision, even customer said that Yu-Gi booked other carrier for him. So many times tried to reach you by phone calls, text messages and Central Dispatch system email notifications to your email- but you are arrogantly ignoring, All history recorded. Now almost 20 days you are still holding this load on our board. You failed please take off this load from our board. Will share this horrible night mare as much as possible carriers and customers to show who really you are.
