Kelly was great! She stayed with the process from contract initiation to delivery of my vehicle and in between. On the day my car was scheduled to be picked up, she followed up with me to see if it was picked up. When she found out it wasn’t, she made a call to the transporter/dispatch. She provided information timely upon request. She was available when I called. She made me comfortable with even when I felt uncertain when the transporter did not pick up my car by the scheduled pickup date. Kelly delivered great customer support, far better than the previous 2 brokers I dealt with. I found them to be hard to reach, untrustworthy and unreliable. Kelly was just the opposite. She stayed with me until my car was delivered.
