I used GetCarrier to transport my car from Florida to Oregon. Understandably it was difficult to find a driver, but Alex Thompson worked diligently to finally find a driver, who also was very courteous. Alex responded to my numerous emails and texts very promptly. She was super nice on the phone, and was clear and thorough. I did contact several other companies by phone and email, and they were not quite as efficient with return emails and texts. In addition, their prices seemed to be consistently higher. After the car was delivered without any problems, Alex made sure all was in good order, and made the experience the least stressful of our long move cross country.
