If it weren’t for our dispatcher assigned to us this would not be such a good review. She single handedly ensured that I had a tow company that would be assigned my car even though almost everyone else said it was out of their way of their route. She made sure was up to date on when my driver would be here and stayed on them as far as keeping me in the loop. The tow company had a delay that made them 3 days late to pick up my car and they wouldn't have even let me know if it wasn’t for her. Even between those 3 days she still texted me everyday to ensure everything was fine. Great communication and customer service sincerely putting the customer first.
