Not a good experience.

I did not have a good experience with GetCarrier.com. They are very communicative when trying to get your business, but once you've signed the paperwork, that seems to dry up quickly. I initially signed all of the paperwork for the quote and expected that I would hear something shortly from the Representative that I was dealing with. I didn't hear anything, so the next day, I reached out via the chat agent on their website and was informed that I needed to enter my credit card information before they could bid the job out. My Rep never sent me anything to do that (the chat agent did), so the process to bid the job out was delayed a day and it may have been more had I not taken the initiative to reach out. Later that day, I was contacted by the Representative and told that they had found a carrier that was $100 more than the original quote (I expected that). I agreed to it and was told that the carrier would pick up the vehicle on Saturday (1/30) and that they would be contacting me shortly. I didn't hear anything on Saturday (the person they were picking up from hadn't heard anything either). About 2:30 p.m. I reached out to the transport company and got a dispatcher. She said they had 3 drivers and she didn't know which one had the job, but she'd find out and call me back or have the driver call me back. I never heard anything. It's now late Sunday evening and I still haven't heard anything. They told me originally that I would have the car on Monday (2/1), but best case scenario, they'll be picking it up that day. I reached out to the Rep via the number she constantly texted me from when trying to get my business and have never gotten a response. This is the 2nd time I've used a transport company. The first time, I went with a competitor and had a much better experience. I should have just gone with them again instead of trying to save a few dollars on a lower quote. I had read the review here, but my experience so far has not matched up to them.
