I gave them an opportunity to get my vehicle transported for me but there was a lack of communication. I to reach out to them via phone and found out the number I had was not working. I emailed them, and asked to cancel because I can not do business with a company i can only talk to through email. The representative was really unprofessional when communicating with me and tried to extort me for $75 cancellation fee to take me off the load board so I could get another company to deliver my car. They advertised a NO RISK cancellation.
