This was one in a flood of offers I received to ship my mom's car from North Carolina to California. I then asked a bunch of questions and of about eight initial offerors, Kelly at GetCarrier was the only one to respond, explaining the entire process. The rest of the companies seem to use AutoResponders only but Kelly is an actual person... a nice change! Because I live in Europe and was doing this remotely (with my sister on the pickup side and my mom on the receiving side) I was a little concerned that all would go well, particularly as all these firms are brokers for the actual transport firm. There was a glitch with the first driver but Kelly stepped in and resolved it within hours, getting us a carrier that was on time, communicative, and polite on both sides of the delivery. Well done to Kelly and the GetCarrier team for overseeing this delivery from start to completion.
