Avoid this company. I contacted them just short of my scheduled date to move. I figured that if I gave them enough notice, it would be a simpler transaction. I was assigned an agent, Diana Martinez, who assured me that she would find a carrier as my departure date got closer. A week before I was supposed to leave, I still have not heard from her, so I decided to contact her. Again, she assured me that she was trying to find me a carrier. The weekend before the departure day I heard nothing, so I contacted her again. Being the weekend she did not contact me so I contacted the office, who also assured me that they were trying to find me a carrier. Apparently, there was no communication between my agent during the weekend to find me a carrier for my car. It wasn’t until 9 AM on the morning that I was supposed to leave that I finally heard from my agent, and she coincidentally found me a carrier. This company is a scam and they are trying to make money off of cancellation fees. We decided to drive our car across the country instead of using this company.
