Was told by Diana Martinez my pickup would be delayed by 2 days due to mechanical issues with driver. No worries, things happen However at the assigned time, my driver calls me to tell me he's out front. Driver loaded car, took off (after helping me cover a window that wouldn't stay up in plastic). Got there a day earlier. Diana called me a few days later to ask about how things went. She was quite surprised that not only was my car picked up at assigned time, but it was also delivered 2 days earlier. So aside from the lack of communication between the driver and Diana (i'll blame the driver), everything went smooth. NO complaints Diana was top notch
