Denis from Getcarrier Auto Transport is a great customer service rep. My 20something son was involved in a car pile up in Colorado City. Many carriers backed out because of need. I know its not worth the trouble if you cant make a profit. The truck would not crank and I wanted it back home in Tennessee. Denis worked with me, kept communications open and offered a reasonable price and we sealed the transaction. I got a call on Wednesday that it was being picked p from the wrecker yard and they would deliver it on Christmas Eve. I thought yea right. They pulled up at 10:00 am on Friday 12/24 I was extremely surprised.. It was a great experience to get it back home after the worry and stress that happened with my son. Just to say it all parties in the pile up were OK. I will use him again to ship a vehicle back to my son.
