Overall the experience started well, low quoted price and an attentive representative. As soon as the contract was signed and my pick up day came and past without any contact or updated I figured it wasn’t going well. It took 5 days to get two bids that were 40% higher than the estimate. I went with the second bid to get my vehicle transported as soon as possible and to just move on. They “had worked with this shipper” often. Their vehicle broke down twice and I didn’t get any updates for several days and my vehicle arrived 6 days after my initial arrival date. Any contact with get carrier throughout was painful and I usually left more irritated than before I started. When my car did arrive it was covered in dust and mud/dust marks on the inside because the window was down while in their enclosed trailer. Giving one star because my vehicle arrived without damage to the exterior. Find a different company with a higher rating and a more honest bid and better customer service.
