After making the arrangement but receiving no news about a shipping date, I finally called and was able to reach them. I called a couple of times but each time was told they had to contact the carrier, so I never got a shipping date. Over the past week however I haven't been able to get a phone or e-mail response from this company despite multiple tries, leaving my number on voice mails and so forth. I know they have my contact info.
