On 3/26/2021, I contracted with Global Auto Transportiaton to move my Lincoln SUV from Denver, CO to Key West, FL, to arrive 4/2. In subsequent phone calls, I was told the delivery would be in Homestead, FL, then Kendall, FL; that it would arrive at 3 p.m., then maybe that night, then "definitely" sometime the next day (4/3), then that the truck broke down, then that the necessary part could not be found, and finally that my car "definitely would be delivered 4/4 around 1 p.m." Didn't happen. The driver finally showed up April 4 at 4 p.m. In addition to this long delay of over 48 hours, I had to pay for two nights in a hotel, not to mention meals and sundries, as I had not anticipated this need. There was no verification of the supposed "break down.: This company operates in a fraudulent manner and should not be licensed to practice business. I think I deserve a partial refund, of the $1,095 I paid to compensate for my inconvenience and expenses.
