i choose global express to ship my vehicle from Denver Co, to Huntington WV and it passed the expected pick-up date, so i called and they told me that it would be a few weeks past my ship date, so i choose to drive to denver to get it myself, so i contacted global express and they gave me the owners number and he worked with me to get my refund, very nice customer service.
