My last day in the Navy was 16Nov10. To avoid driving from Washington to Kansas with our 8 month old daughter, my wife and I had scheduled our vehicles to be picked up that afternoon. Our flights left early the next morning. About an hour before the promised pickup my wife called to see why the driver had not yet contacted us. They had failed to let us know that a driver would not be showing that evening. At this point we had moved out of our home and were staying in a motel prior to moving across the country. They said we could standby in hopes that a truck may be through that way later in the week. Fortunately, a friend volunteered to drive one vehicle to KS while I drove the other. My wife and daughter were able to fly home and we were only out the cost of my flight. If they had let us know ahead of time that a truck would not be picking up at the scheduled time, we could have planned for it. This is VERY poor business. The scheduled pickup date was 16Nov. Today is 9Dec is I still haven't received my $200 refund for the deposit. WHERE IS MY MONEY??!!
