WHEN I MADE A DEPOSIT WITH GLOBAL EXPRESS, THE CONTRACT SAID THAT I CAN GET A REFUND WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY I CANCEL MY ORDER. I CANCELED MY ORDER ON NOV.29, 2010. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT NOT RECIEVING MY REFUND, MR. ROBERTS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THAY DID NOT HAVE A MERCHANT TO AUTOMATICALLY REIMBURSE MY CREDIT CARD BACK. HE OFFERED TO SEND A CASHIERS CHECK INSTEAD. I AGREED ON DEC.6,2010. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS BECAUSE I HAVENT RECEIVED THE CHECK AS YET. WHEN I DID GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE AT GLOBAL EXPRESS THAY INFORMED ME TO CALL MR. ROBERTS DIRECTLY BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE OFFICE. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH HIM AND THE COMPANY THROUGHOUT THE MONTH. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH HIM, AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS OUT SICK FOR AWHILE. THOSE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!! AS OF TODAY,DEC. 29, I STILL COULDNT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY REFUND. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BEWARE IF THE PRICE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THAN THERE'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM.....LITTLE OR BIG.
