OMG! Dont even think about it!!!

This company has the WORST customer service skills imaginable!! I scheduled a pick up with DON WEST .. whom I might add was very "matter-of-fact" and bottom line RUDE. He acted as though he was doing me a favor rather than appreciating my business. I set everything up 14 Jan after weeks of shopping around. My fault for going with the one of the lowest quotes.. you get what you pay for. I was supposed to have my vehicle picked up on 22 Jan. That never happend. Since that date ... I have emailed and called EVERYDAY - only to get a voicemail saying he was on vacation thru the end of Chirstmas week. Hello!!! its a month later. I left msgs with the receptionist.. never to get a call back. Not one single person has had the courtesy to anwer the phone let alone respond to one single email. I was finally able today (4 Feb) to get a warm body to answer the phone. She said there was a truck in my area and she would call me back in two minutes to schedule a pick up time and place. Again.. that was almost 5 hours ago. I have called back every 15 minutes since then only to get voicemail once again!!! I am done!! My next obstacle.. I tried another company ..however, my "bid" is now tied up with this company and I need Global to contact the dispatch office to have my name removed "off the board" so that I can get service from someone else. Hell! They won't answer the phone so how am I supposed to do that? This company is absoulely worthless! Thanks to them, it looks like I will be driving to Texas with two kids and a dog - thanks GLOBAL EXPRESS!! This Air Force girl thinks you should call it quits!
