Does not pay trucking bills

I booked a few shipments with Global Relogistics and I had them fax a check before delivery, no problem there. In today's day and times you can trust none. After a few shipments we agreed to extend credit to them in the amount of $5000. We moved three fire trucks from Palo Alto, CA - to Colexico ,CA. We were jacked around for a few days then we given a one day notice to go pick them up we scrambled and got three trucks in there and delivered on time. Here is the best part the invoices we due to be paid at 15 days and we are on day 77. I have been told by accounting that the check has been waiting to be signed for 30+ days now and accounting is not sure what the hold up is. Let me have your number and I will call you back. still nothing I have emailed all of the sales people I worked with in the past and they will not even respond anymore. It got to the point where I told them I would not quote for them until I was paid. There was one time they sent me paperwork to go pick up a 988 wheel loader and when we got to it the company that we were picking it up from was using another freight forwarder and said they were not using Global, luckily I got a hold of the right freight forwarding company and was able to haul it for them, considering I was right on top if the damn thing and global was trying to pull a fast one. I am a truck brokerage and we secure freight and hire trucking companies to move the freight. They have been nothing but a headache since day one. I have looked around everywhere and find more bad then good about these guys. When comes to hauling your freight inland to the port in the US hire the trucking company yourself, if you don't you will get rude phone calls from guys like me asking when they will get paid because Global has not paid yet. Thanks and DO NOT USE GLOBAL EVER!
