I purchased a Chevy Avalanche from a dealer in Joliet IL, close to Chicago. I did the expected internet searches on Transport Reviews and a couple of other sites to locate a dispatcher to work with to transport my vehicle.

I received quotes for my delivery from several different companies but ultimately chose a North Carolina based company with 5 star reviews from this website.

I received an internet bid from Gold Star. I contacted Ellen Kealey and she outlined the process for me. I am an internet car shopper and this was my second transport bid in a period of 2 years.

Ellen bid the job competitively and I was very happy with her quote. I chose Gold Star based on the companies 5 star ranking; the price i was quoted and the friendly, open honesty shared by Ellen who was my dispatch contact.

Ellen communicates extremely well, is prompt to return calls and is a straight shooter. She bids very competitively and I liked that aggressive pricing model!

We signed a deal, she found a driver on a Tuesday. The car was picked up on Wednesday and delivered to my house on Thursday. Wow..was that great! My delivery was estiimated to be on a Saturday but the driver showed up at my house on Thursday. I was very happy.

The transport rig and driver were perfect for my needs. Vehicle delivered ahead of schedule without a sctatch and the driver was extremely personable.

The overall transaction with Gold Star was in fact a 5 star deal for me! I would recommend Goldstar and will use them again if the need arises.
