I found Goldstar through a search after a national company that the insurance company wanted to use had several negative reviews on this site. When I called Goldstar I got a PERSON--right away a plus. Over the next few days I spoke with both Richard and Ellen Kealey. They were patient, informative and very helpful. My insurance company approved them and they faxed the order for my approval right away. They told me what would happen and sent me emails to keep me posted. They told me the price and what to expect. As it happened the car arrived later than I expected--Goldstar finds a trucker and then it depends of the trucker as to when exactly they arrive. But Goldstar gave me the name of the company and the driver's cell phone. He called to keep me informed. When he did arrive delivery and payment went just as Goldstar said it would. Then, AFTER the delivery Goldstar called again to be sure it all had gone well. Like most people I don't ship a car very often. It can be nerve-racking and I was very reassured by the information and steady contact from Goldstar. I would definitely use them again and recommend them strongly.
