Excellent, Excellent, Excellent describes every aspect of my experience with Goldstar Transport. This was my first time transporting a vehicle so I was clueless as to what to do. I submitted my name to a web site that caused my email and cell phone to blow up with people wanting to transport my vechicle. Everyone wanted to tell me how they were the best and that I should be aware of others. I was finally told to look at transportreviews.com before I made a decision. After reading several reviews I ran across a review about how wonderful the service was a Goldstar Transport. I looked at their review page and decided to give them a call. Ellen was simply wonderful. She truly provides EXCELLENT customer service and is extremely professional. Even when I caused a delay in the shipping, she immediately found another company to keep me on my original schedule. I asked for my car to be picked up from the dealership on a tuesday and on that day Richard (the dispatcher) contacted me to tell me that my car was being picked up as scheduled. I was then told that the car would be delivered to me on thursday. To my delight I received a call from Goldstar on Wednesday that my car would be at the destination a day earlier if that would be ok. I was elated. They handled the whole process very timely and with professionalism. They kept me informed and anytime I would call them they were accessable and able to provide the information that I needed. From a price standpoint they were competitive and fair. The experience was wonderful and I could not have asked for anything more. Goldstar Transport made me feel like #1. I would recommend to anyone with transporting needs to call Ellen at Goldstar Transport. I'm so glad I did and I know you will be too!!!
