The people were very friendly and helpful. When I had a question they took the time to answer all questions and make me feel like I was an important customer. They also responded to my e-mails right away. I just felt like La Donna was a good and honest person. They also kept me informed at all times of what was going on with my vehicle. Very nice company. The driver was also nice.
