After searching several auto carriers, we decided to go with Gold Star. I called Ellen and she answered the phone. Wow. Doesn't seem like much to ask but these days, you never know. Ellen was very knowledgable and polite. Within 5 minutes, she had my info and within 24 hrs, she had our transportation lined up. She was great about following up regarding pickup and delivery. We got our Lexus 2 days sooner than I expected and it arrived in great shape! Thanks Ellen, you made this very easy. Next time we need a vehicle shipped, your our lady. Sean
