Ellen is awesome to deal with and is always personable, understanding and responsive. She helped me coordinate and ship 4 trucks that had some logistical hurdles but she did a great job making sure it got done and arranged alternative transport before I even had to ask. Very happy with Gold Star and absolutely would use again and recommend!
