I absolutely hate that I am again responding to a negative review based on a clients frustration with this industry. I do my utmost absolute best to be as informative about how the process works, often writing multiple emails and answering every single question as needed. I work seven days a week as a broker for the last 11 years scheduling peoples moves often last minute and aligning their schedule with a carriers schedule. This is no easy task and quite often I have to bear the brunt of someones frustration. I understand and am willing to work with all scenarios and time frames always advising of the best option for my client.
Client requested a quote in April and never called until June. He also needed it picked up in 4 days. I did my best to get him the best carrier last minute and at a good rate. I can only present the option and client has the choice to accept which he did and he was scheduled as desired and delivered in 6 days. Of course I answered every question and sent all information to email. He researched my company and read my reviews and chose me above all others. He was not happy that the rate changed 3 months later and for that he has written his review. He was never overcharged for services although there was a glitch that immediately was corrected and his vehicle was picked up and delivered seamlessly.
I have done all I can do to be the best broker to each and every one of my clients and I will continue to do so. Please call me anytime if I can answer anything at all.
