Ellen was GREAT to work with. Her communication was good and she was always available for any number of my many questions along the way even outside of business hours which actually surprised me. I asked her a question at night expecting to receive a response next day but she responded that night. Very impressive. This was my first time ever having a vehicle transported so I'm glad I got someone like Ellen as I'm sure not all brokers are created equal. If there was one thing I would change it'd be that the truck company would supply a tracking link OR have better communication about their anticipated arrival time. With that said, I feel that is out of Ellen's control so should not reflect on how well she does her job. GREAT job, Ellen.
