I just shipped a car with Ellen from Boston MA to Tempe AZ. She provided a written quote up front, but also responded personally to my emails to answer my questions. She was very nice to work with and made me feel comfortable doing business with her. The driver she contracted for me was professional, courteous, and delivered on time. Would highly recommend. If I ever have another car to ship, I will reach out to Ellen.
