We paid Ellen a deposit of $5,000 to transport two of our vehicles, which she was quick to receive, and she was unable to transport our vehicles because of lack of drivers to our area. Her contract says that she will refund you within 30 days, but we paid on December 7, 2021 -- and I am writing this review on May 26th 2022. She informed us last week that she does not have the funds to pay us back because she used them. We have now hired a lawyer is Sarasota to deal with this issue & will most likely travel there if it does go to court -- we will go to any length to get our money back -- simply because this is bad business on her part and she is breaking her signed contract. I could not advise you more to find someone else besides Ellen. If you have any questions, you can feel free to ask because I have documentation of everything. I hate writing bad reviews, but it is my hope that another small business/family does not get into this terrible situation with her.
