When I contemplated shipping my car, I had no idea who to use. I relied on the reviews that I found online. All but one had pros and cons. Goldstar actually had reviews right on their website and were all positive. They had 100% customer service stats and their price was very competitive. I spoke with Ellen, the owner, and I could tell immediately that she was all about customer service, in fact, she was great to work with. She always answered her phone, even nights and weekends. My car was picked up right on time, the gentlemen who came to pick up the car were polite and very accommodating. They called me regularly with a status of where they were. They delivered the car earlier than expected to my daughter and in the same perfect condition I sent it out as. They even called me after they delivered the car to my daughter. I urge you to check reviews and I would HIGHLY recommend the Goldstar Team. They are fabulous!
