This is the first time we ever had a vehicle transported. Gold Star Transport contacted me and their representative (Ellen) was a pleasure to deal with... I needed to ship my son's vehicle cross country in a last minute/expidited time frame... Ellen was very prompt, communicated regularly and was able to arrange for expedited pick-up and delivery .... The transport company she lined up (Pioneer Auto Express) did an excellent job.... Their driver on the pick-up end in NJ and the guys who I dealt with in California were great…. …. Marty who delivered the car to our hotel in Culver City , Ca. was very willing to work with us to accommodate our hectic schedules etc. The car was delivered with all contents, etc. I highly recommended both Gold Star Transport and Pioneer Auto Transport……
